Jani plays a key leadership role within the Stirling Clark Team, serving in the dual capacity of Office Manager across our locations and as Branch Manager for our Kalamunda office.

Known for her calm, people-focused approach, Jani combines strong operational knowledge with genuine care for both her team and clients. She leads with clarity, empathy, and consistency - ensuring smooth processes while empowering others to grow in confidence and capability.

With over 25 years of experience across property management, sales and office operations, Jani is passionate about fostering a supportive, solution-driven workplace culture where collaboration and accountability thrive.
