About Brooke

Brooke has over 12 years of experience in Property Management, she started working as a Property Manager for Professionals Vertullo Real Estate when she relocated to the Northern Gold Coast in 2010. She fell in love with this northern Gold Coast and decided to settle here, purchasing a property in Coombabah with her husband. Having owned an investment property, and also previously a tenant herself, she understands what both landlords and tenants want and need in a Property Manager. Brooke takes the role of managing someone’s property very seriously, and gets great satisfaction knowing that she has earned her landlords trust to look after and protect their investment. One of her favourite aspects of her job is that no day is the same and the variety of tasks that a property manager needs to complete.
