About Michelle
With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Michelle has built a reputation for dedication, professionalism, and exceptional client service. She began her journey with Professionals Paradise Realty in 2014 as a receptionist and quickly advanced within the company due to her strong work ethic and passion for property management.
In 2017, Michelle transitioned into a Leasing Consultant role, where she thrived on the dynamic nature of the position—managing everything from open homes and periodic inspections to assessing and approving tenant applications. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality service soon led to her promotion in 2020 to Business Development Manager within the Property Management department.
In her current role, Michelle works closely with new clients, conducts rental appraisals, takes advertising photos, prepares management agreements, and performs market analysis using a dedicated database. Her top priority is ensuring customer satisfaction, and she consistently strives to exceed expectations at every step of the property management process.
